People!
‘Tis time to make winter a little less dreary and cook our little nomad butts off. You’re all welcome to join in.

This is the deal and please let me know what you think: we’ll have 2 ingredients and you have up to 7 days to prepare at least one major dish with at least one of those ingredients.
This is what we’ll do:
- Someone suggests the 2 ingredients.
- Participants prepare the dish(es) and take a picture (s).
- Then, post the recipe and picture(s) on their site OR send them to Recipes Galore, kept vibrantly delicious by AMTAF!, or better yet, join us!
Today’s ingredients:
- Black olives
- Artichokes
What do you think? Have an alternate structure?
Let me know!

Yay!!!! The cook-a-thon has taken off to a good start.
I like this week’s ingredients, and my artichoke dish is to die for, if I may so myself.
I’ll make it sometime this week, and post both the recipe and photos.
Btw, should anyone want to be added to Projectrecipes, just send Aya or myself your wordpress userid and we’ll add you as a contributor.
Let’s cook up a storm guys

A., can’t wait for your artichoke dish!
I’m hoping people would participate and take the chill out of these short, dark days….
Especially a certain someone who was on a food lust a few weeks ago.

calabash is a versatile plant that needs to be elevated to art-not-choke cuisine lol
the 4 supermarket chains in my town definitely aren’t sophisticated enough to stock interesting vegetables. Until recently aubergine was exotic. All the meal was boiled cod and 2 boiled potatoes on the side lol

cigaal, does this mean you’ll participate if we have aubergine and potatoes next? lol
